Overcome your Fear and Invite Success into your Experience

Are you destroying your ambition for meaningful success, because you are allowing yourself to remain trapped in FEAR? Fear, as you know, is our way of looking at our world and seeing “False Experiences Appearing Real”, instead of exploring our world and seeing opportunity and possibility. How often do you look at a possible situation and fill your head with all sorts of negative self-talk, filling your head with all the possible ways you can fail and only looking at all the ways things can go wrong?

If left unchecked, FEAR destroys our lives, limits our progress, holds us away from our fortunes and even destroys our relationships. Have the courage to confront your unfounded FEARS right now and stop allowing your FEAR to keep you trapped in mediocrity any longer.

Break Free From Indifference

One of the ways we manage our FEAR is through indifference. This is one of the major killers of our potential and is something you must destroy, before it destroys all your dreams. An indifferent attitude of just allowing your life drift along, not carrying out the important tasks necessary to succeed, is a sure fire way to invite disaster into your life. You can only drift in one direction and that is downwards.

When you can break free from the cycle of FEAR and indifference, you will empower yourself to finally begin taking the daily action you need to take to succeed. Stop pretending that you don’t care, because of your irrational FEAR of failing and accept that you are magnificent and can succeed at almost anything, if you just stay focused, keep investing time and energy into your personal development and you take inspired action every day.

Have the Courage to Make a Few Tough Decisions

FEAR also keeps us trapped in indecision. Indecision is the thief of opportunity and enterprise and will stop you from ever creating a better future for yourself and your family. Confront your indecision and commit to begin making those really important decisions, which are going to allow you to revolutionize your life and allow you to bring about the transformation and change you desire.

Action Idea: Like anything, as you do something over and over again, it gets easier to do. What at first felt really uncomfortable and took you outside your comfort zone, becomes familiar and easy to do, once you have repeated it a few times. Gradually learn the art of flexing your decision making muscle. Over time start making bigger and more challenging decisions and eventually this will feel like second nature.

Stop Doubting and Start Believing in your Potential

Fear makes us doubt ourselves and we allow our healthy scepticism to turn into debilitating doubt, which keeps us trapped in a state of complete inaction. Overcome your FEAR and doubt and keep growing your belief in yourself and your abilities. Get rid of doubt before it empties your bank account and destroys your passion.

Action Idea: Reward yourself as often as possible for every small success you manage to achieve. This can be as simple as keeping an achievement book, where you keep all your successes listed or a really colourful achievement board, where you keep pictures of every success and achievement. The way to make this work for you is to focus your energy on all the success you have enjoyed and to feel real glow and gratitude for all them. When you regularly reward your successes, you start to see how often you succeed and you will begin to grow your belief in yourself and your abilities.

Take Calculated Risks

FEAR also makes you over cautious. The timid approach to life will stop you from turning opportunity into success. Break free from being over cautious and accept some level of risk. Timid people don’t get promoted, they don’t advance and grow and become a force to be reckoned with in the market place.

Ask a Better Quality of Question

Action Idea: Look at the questions you are asking about any possible opportunity or challenge.

  • Are they explorative and looking for ways to succeed? Are you asking questions like, “How can I turn this around and find the opportunity hidden in this challenge”, or “What opportunities or benefit can I get from this”?
  • Or are you stifling your progress by asking negative, FEAR promoting questions like “Why do I always fail at everything” or “Why can I never make things work out”

When you learn the art of asking a better quality of question, every time an opportunity or challenge comes your way and you are always looking for ways to get something from every event, which occurs in your life or business, you are setting a very positive tone, which will allow you to identify hidden opportunities and in some cases even turn challenges into opportunities.

Do battle with your FEARS and strive to overcome them. Have the courage to fight the things that are holding you back and limiting your potential. Until you become courageous in your life and you commit to pursue the things you want and you work to become the person you want to become, you will remain trapped in an un-fulfilling life.
