The Simple Cycle of Success

Motivational Speakers

When you are searching for different, more positive and sustainable long term results in your life. You must start the process by first developing a crystal clear picture of the exact outcome or result you want to experience and then commit to develop a plan to get you there. The final results that you will enjoy will only be as good as the plan you create and the measurement criterion you establish within your plan to monitor your progress.

It is wise to remember the simple adage that says “Whatever gets measured gets done” Commit to establish a realistic set of measurement criterion to measure the effectiveness of all the daily actions, your plan will direct you to take. This will allow you to regularly measure your progress and allow you to take any corrective action necessary, before you have wasted too much time on ineffective activities.

When you start this process and you apply daily discipline to ensure that you carry out all the necessary daily actions to satisfy the requirements of your plan. The circumstances that you face in your environment will not change, but the outcomes that you will begin to enjoy, most certainly will change.

When we commit to change ourselves, within an environment that is filled with factors over which we have no control. Then everything will seem to miraculously begin to change. If we want things in our environment to change, then we must first commit to change the way we do things.

The positive change you desire to introduce into your life starts with first defining exactly what you want to change. Then you build an action plan that will allow you to begin moving toward that outcome. Finally you must commit to apply daily disciplined action to ensure that you carry out the necessary daily actions and success is inevitable. How simple does this process sound. If it is that simple, why do so many people allow themselves to remain trapped in lives they hate?

Achieving anything you want in your life is one choice and one meaningful decision away. Choose today to introduce the simple process I have described above, into your life and decide to commit to carry out the necessary daily disciplined activity. This will allow you to begin engaging in the miracle process of transforming your life into one of joy, happiness, success and fulfillment. This chapter will allow you to see all the possibilities available to you and supply you with the all the tools you need to create a crystal clear set of goals.

Powerful Plan for Peak Performance - Motivational Speakers

A great method for finding ways to improve the successes you are enjoying in your life right now is to identify people that have managed to achieve excellence and great success in their lives and to explore how they managed to do it. The one thing that stands out the most for me, about all the successful people I have admired and whose biographies I have read, is that each one of them had a plan behind their success.

Once you have a crystal clear picture in your mind of exactly what you want your future to be like. It is a good idea for you to create a plan for your success, one that will work well and will take you to the finish line powerfully and in style. I have written some ideas below to help you create your Powerful Plan for Peak Performance.

All people are different, some people need plenty of detail in their lives and they work best with a very detailed plan that highlights every intricate detail. Other people are more free-wheeling and work better within a plan that offers only an outline or framework within which they must work.

The first question to answer is “What is the right plan”? The right plan is one that suites you and your style. A plan that is unique to your circumstances, one that fits you and is right for you. Each of us is unique and driven and motivated by very different things. No one knows you better than you know yourself, create a plan that suites your personality, one that considers your strengths and weaknesses.

Your plan must be broken back to include individual daily actions that you can put into your daily schedule and actually take action to complete. Review your progress daily and ensure that you are applying sufficient discipline to ensure that you are completing all the actions scheduled each day.

It is always good practice to set time aside at the end of your day to reflect on how you did. Are you meeting your commitments to create the future you desire? This is an opportunity for you to go over everything you have done that day. Re-examine everything you have learnt that day and lock all the valuable information into your brain. This will allow you to store all the most valuable experiences, for use at a later date.

Look back over your day and examine all the people you saw, who you talked to, what was said, what happened and how you felt. Each day is like a mosaic in the big picture of your life, carefully store each one so that you can use it to create a wonderful picture of your past. This allows you to gain the maximum benefit from your past experiences and makes your past experiences even more valuable, so they can serve you in the future.

Create time slots in your daily schedule that are devoted to work on the tasks highlighted in your plan. I call these time slots in my daily schedule “Meetings with My Future” (Chapter 18) Show commitment and perseverance every day and make sure that you meet your commitments to your future. Develop discipline and make completing those daily tasks your top priority. As you repeat this positive cycle over time, you will move closer and closer to the future you desire and any dream becomes achievable.

Finally ensure that you act on the plan that you have created. Simply commit to do it, work your plan every day. Your daily disciplined actions, over time, will add up to massive equity. Stay committed to take action every day and remain disciplined and focused. You have got so much to gain when you commit to apply these few really simple principles in your life.
